Monarch will constantly monitor financial and operating results while maintaining high levels of service appropriate to the property type and market. We do not attempt to apply standardized methodologies to hotels and restaurant management. Rather, we approach each project as a unique assignment and use creative thinking, structured analysis and experience to develop strategies, action plans and programs to improve the performance.

In addition, Monarch will conduct monthly performance review meetings, review annual budgets and marketing plans, analyze monthly service data, examine options for expansion and asset improvements, prepare effective pricing strategies, assist with operator selection (GM or management company) and formulate action plans to maximize financial results.
